Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds are handled for services purchased from ERTEN DIGITAL LTD.

Service-based work

Because our work is service-based and may involve time, planning, and setup, refund eligibility depends on the stage of the project.

  • If work has not started, the client may request a cancellation and refund.
  • If work has already started, a partial refund may be considered based on the completed work.
  • If the service has been fully delivered, refunds are generally not available unless required by law.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact us by email with your payment details, order reference, and reason for the request.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible.
